Each year, we award around 20 excellence scholarships to the top Master’s students (M1 and M2) enrolled in core AI integration programs.

Eligibility Criteria

These scholarships are open to all students, regardless of nationality.

Applicants for an M1 scholarship must have obtained a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Applicants for an M2 scholarship must have successfully completed the first year of a Master’s program (M1).
Application Procedure
Application files (a single PDF document) must be sent to: helene.tap@univ-toulouse.fr and to the coordinator of the Master’s program you are applying to.
Application deadline: May 2, 2025
Application File Requirements:
- M1 application file, plus M1 results for candidates applying to M2
- Motivation letter outlining your interest in AI studies and pursuing a PhD
Selection Process:
Complete applications received by the deadline will be reviewed by the Education Committee, with possible input from members of the Scientific Council.
The primary selection criteria are academic excellence et motivation to join a research project within an ANITI chair, starting with the M2 internship (for more information, visit www.aniti.univ-toulouse.fr).
Scholarship Amount:
– €10,000 at M1 level (10 monthly payments of €1,000)
– €12,000 at M2 level (10 monthly payments of €1,200)
Eligible Programs:
All Master’s programs in Mathematics and Computer Science labelled “core AI” by ANITI. Specifically, the following tracks:
- For the Computer Science major: IAFA, IMA, RO, SID, MED
- For the Mathematics and Applications major: MAPI3, IMA, RO, SID, MED
Note: Applications from other Master’s tracks offering ANITI-labelled courses will also be considered, based on the quality of the student’s academic background and project (see the table below for more details).
